Important Instructions For All Redeemer Vacation Bible School Parents and Staff

Redeemer VBS begins Monday August 9th at 8:50 AM-12:00 PM, Enrollment Begins 8:30 AM

 Where to Register Children For VBS Opening?

  1. Children are enrolled in the school year they have just completed.
  2. All students please begin enrolling at 8:30 AM Monday morning August 9th with the teacher at the classroom.
  3. All staff please be present in the classrooms at 8:30 AM to begin enrolling students.
  4. All staff please be careful to fill out the attendance sheet and collect completed enrollment forms for each student. All enrollment forms and attendance sheets will be collected daily by the church office.
  5. All staff please be careful to follow the schedule and stay with children until released to parents.
  6. All ENGINEERS: Set up in Tents begins at 7:30AM. Then, please hang around. Drink coffee. Sit in the shade. Keep an eye on things. Then, please help rearrange the tents at 12:00 PM.

Preschool Parents:Take your child to class room at 8:50 AM and register with Teacher. Always pick up your child at the class room. Teachers are instructed not to release children to anyone except to the person who brought the child. We have never had problems following this rule and we always follow this rule.

Kindergarten Parents: Take your child to Tent 6, Tent 8 or Preschool Room 9. Teachers only release students to authorized person.

First Grade Parents: Take your child to Tent 5 and Tent 7. Teachers only release students to the authorized person.

Second Grade Parents: Take your child to Tent 2 and 4. Teachers only release students to the authorized person.

Third Grade Parents: Take your child to Tent 1 and Tent 3.

Fourth Grade Parents: Take your child to Tent 10.

Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh Grade Parents; Take your child to Tent 9.
