Professor David P. Kuske is professor emeritus of New Testament Theology at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary, Mequon, Wisconsin. As chairman of the editorial committee, Kuske had final approval on the contents of this book. He is the author of:

Kuske served as an editor for the GWN and NET translations of the New Testament published in 1988 and 1990. He is currently an editor for a new translation of the entire Bible known as the Wartburg Project (Wartburgproject.org), with more than 100 translators participating.

Reverend Robert Dargatz served as a professor of Old Testament Studies at Concordia University Irvine, California, from 1977 to 1995, and as chairman of the Religion Division for most of his career there. He currently serves as pastor of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Orange, California, and as an elected member of the LCMS Commission on Theology and Church Relations. He recently finished two terms on the Board of Regents at Concordia University Irvine. He graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree in 1976 and a Master of Sacred Theology degree in 1985. Dargatz also completed extensive graduate work at UCLA in Near Eastern Languages and Cultures, and at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, in Theological Studies.

Reverend Rolf Preus has 36 years of experience in parish ministry. Preus earned both his Master of Divinity degree and Master of Sacred Theology degree at Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is the author of Justification: Am I Good Enough for God?, published by Northwestern Publishing House. An expert on the Doctrine of Justification and the Doctrine of Inspiration, many of his papers can be viewed online at ChristForUs.org. He is currently serving Trinity Lutheran Church, Sydney, Montana, and St. John Lutheran Church, Fairview, Montana. He and his wife Dorothy have 12 children and 35 grandchildren. Preus’s father, Dr. Robert Preus, is the author of The Inspiration of Scripture, published by Concordia Publishing House.
